EOS.Web Classification Management is an add-on module that allows knowledge management staff to set access levels to sensitive library information items. Security levels are customizable for each client's organization, or you can choose pre-existing security levels built into the module.
The addition of a default security level is built into the module, allowing the staff to change an item's security levels only when necessary, rather than each time a new item is entered into the system.
Clients can manage what items are returned in search results and what items a patron can view or check out from the collection. Security levels can also be set for media links and viewing documents in the library collection, allowing broad security measures across all materials in your organization's library.
